Vom 29. August bis 01. September 2024 findet in der SAP Arena der zweite Split der Apex Legends Global Series statt. In den Playoffs kämpfen Teams aus aller Welt um insgesamt eine Million US-Dollar Preisgeld und die begehrte Playoffs-Trophäe.
Die Top 40 Apex Legends-Teams aus aller Welt werden im August dort zu Gast sein und zum zweiten Mal dieses Jahr auf der grossen Bühne gegeneinander antreten. Am Wettkampf diesen Sommer nehmen unter anderem Teams wie Team Falcons, Fnatic, Fennel, Legends Gaming und viele mehr teil und versuchen, ihren Platz in den ALGS zu behaupten.

The Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Year 4 Split 2 Playoffs venue and dates are set. On August 29, 2024, 40 of the best teams from around the globe will gather for the second LAN of the year at the SAP Arena in Mannheim, Germany! They’ll battle it out over the next four days for the winner’s title and a piece of the $1M USD Prize Pool.
Following the nail-biting gameplay we saw at the Split 1 Playoffs and a wild mid-season rostermania, you can expect the competition to only get more intense. Teams like FNATIC, Falcons, Legends Gaming, NewJ, Fennel, and NOEZ FOXX have already clinched their spots on the Split 2 Playoffs Stage. Will Reject Winnity double up on trophies? How will the newly formed Team Falcons perform on the live stage? The Split 2 Playoffs consist of four days of in-person competition featuring 36 of the top ALGS Year 4 Pro League teams globally, the top 2 teams from the SA Regional Finals, and 2 directly invited teams from China for a total of 40 teams. The tournament will utilize a Group Stage to Double-Elimination bracket format in which the 40 teams will be seeded into 4 groups based for the most part on each team’s performance in the Pro League Regular Season. Each group will play a single six-match series against every other group.
Following the Group Stage, teams will be assigned a starting position in the Bracket Stage’s double-elimination bracket based on their Group Stage performance. Each Bracket Stage round will consist of a single six-match series and each team will either move on to the Match Point Finals or be eliminated. During the Match Point Finals, teams must reach the predetermined 50-point threshold to activate Match Point and then win an additional match to take home the title of Split 2 Playoffs Champions.
